KBR Gets Contract to Build Detention Centers in US

How many government contracts has Halliburton received under this Administration? I guess the bigger question is, why is Halliburton building detention centers inside the US? They claim it's for "Immigration & Customs Enforcement" facilities in an event of an emergency.
